Drake is known as one of the greatest artists of this generation. In 2009, his So Far Gone mixtape garnered a lot of attention from fans and labels. There was a bidding war for his services, and he signed with Lil Wayne and his Young Money Records. The following year, Drake would release his Thank Me Later debut album. Thank Me Later was one of the most anticipated hip hop releases of 2010. The album went on to sell over four million copies. The following year, Drake would release his second album called Take Care. The award-winning album sold over ten million copies and has been called Drake’s best album. In 2020, the album was ranked 95th on Rolling Stone’s updated list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
